How many times a day or week should i punch the wall or something?
What is a good stance to punch?
Ask this on the Martial Art's section dude, not here. Boxing doesn't believe in knuckle conditioning, which is the reason you will NEVER see a legit boxer punching a bag withought protection.
Martial Art's do train the bones. By giving small bone fractures, once it rebuilds, it becomes stronger. The idea is NOT to damage your hand, it's to simply give yourself a very smal injury. This same "science" applies to shin, elbow, etc. All the bones a fighter trains has the same idea for such.
I would recommend joining a Martial Arts gym(taekwondo, karate, muay thai). You should not condition your knuckles alone because their is a chance you might do an excersise wrong and hurt yourself.
For better info. ask in the Martial Art's section :)
I don't think you really can make your knuckles stronger through exercise. It's true what sean says about the travellers with the diesel. I have to wonder though why on earth would you want to strengthen your knuckles are you trying to turn yourself in to some type of super hero lol. If it's for boxing then it's a waste and absolutely not needed. Good Luck anyway.
Nooo dont punch the wall they will damage your knuckles!!! first do push ups but put your first on the floor and do push ups second join boxing but if u cant then get a heavy bag at home get boxing gloves and punch the bag every day for like 5/10 mins and your knuckles will get harder Good Luck! :)
Eat a knuckle sandwich
The old Irish Bare knuckle boxers soaked there hands in buckets of diesel to get them absolutely rock solid. Not recommended. Just can't think of any other way
Work on your arms not your knuckles
Try b boxing something video from P90X (hardcore training videos)
its not really about the knuckles is more about working out the arms and the speed.
