The fight.
The way I see this fight going is very simple. Both men are swarmers, this would be a classing swarming match and slugfest. Both men will keep throwing heavy punches to head and trading hard blows to the body. It will go back and forth all night, all 15 rounds will be a toe-to-toe battle filled with blood and sweat. These fighters are very similar, but I think Marciano has the edge in power, so his shots will be the more significant punches throughout the fight. Still, both men are equal in heart, and none of them will give up. I see both men being down somewhere in the fight, getting back up, never quitting and giving it there all until the final bell, and it will be Rocky Marciano by split decision.

Frazier could win the next time they fought in a close war as well.
I dont see Marciano being able to survive Fraziers hook, and his head was there to catch every time Frazier threw it.
Remember Rocky hit hard as a 180 lb fighter, but he wasnt a one punch killer. Frazier was a machine that pushed every second and was an excellent puncher with GREAT head movement.
