I think so.In Guerrero, he is fighting a boxer who is almost similar to his style ( essentially boxer-counter puncher ) and approach ( will settle for the decision and will not force a KO/TKO if it's not there ). This is the first time he is fighting that kind of opponent. Guerrero is tough and has been toughened more by what happened to him outside the ring. The man has faith in God and in himself. That's a very potent combination. We have seen that in the Holyfield-Tyson fights.
