No! Starving yourself will make your body hold onto fat thus making you gain weight depending on your metabolism speed. You gotta eat 5-6 meals a day small and simple no bullshit like chips, pop, or candy regular food and not processed. But what you can do is drink 2 glasses of water before each meal and this will make weight loss easier because you'll feel full. And remember you gotta train still otherwise it won't work. Never starve yourself because you won't have energy.
You won't have the strength to train, plus it isn't healthy.
You should:
1. find an effective boxing training routine and try your very best at it, and,
2. eat a healthy diet recommended for boxers.
Doing so will bring you to your ideal boxing weight.
I watch a lot of boxing, i hear the way they do it is a week before the fight they eat EXTREMELY light, with little to no water, Sana, to make you sweat. The rest is hard work and dedication in training. Diaretics are not the way. Than after weigh in, you can rehydrate and eat again. Your trainer should have explained this to you.
***** please! What do you think people are going to say "Yeah do it! It will totes help!" OBVIOUSLY NOT. Sometimes starving yourself actually makes you gain more weight. If you want to lose weight go on a diet, exercise! Don't be an idiot. Lol.
dont starve yourself your going to get more sick than loose weight you dont starve yourself to loose weight you need energy to do what ever you're doing TO loose weight. & i hope you dont spar anybody because they're going to knock your drained a** out if you starving yourself you're gonna be weak as hell & if you're training you're gonna faint
