You never know how blessed you are until you see someone with the same thing you had but you're doing ok but they are not. I have never talked about the great Wilfredo Gomez on here because it hurts to bad . I lost my shirt when he fought the late Salvador Sanchez lol. I willkeep this champion in my prayers. I love Gomez and I am going to leave it like that.
As a boxing fan of Mexican descent,(Despite that Gomez hated Mexicans in his early boxing years), I've always admired "Bazooka" Gomez. He's probably the most exciting and greatest(or at least potentially had he taken training more seriously) boxer ever produced from Puerto Rico. I hope he does well.
Hope that, despite everything, things work out for Wilfredo.
I always enjoyed watching this wonderful fighter fight because he had that great blend of speed and power with an incredible ring record. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his loved ones.
Yeah thats sad poor guy hope he gets better. He had 44 wins and 42 of those were by knockout. LoL damn thats impresive, he pretty much knocked out everyone he faced. No wonder they called him bazooka.
