That ship sailed when Pac lost two fights in a row. Why are people still talking about this?

Who cares about any of those things? We demand to see this fight. What kind of a sport is this if the two best fighters (same weight class) of this era don't fight?
Perhaps, all of Pac's other problems add to the hype and interest.
I would have enjoyed seeing the fight in 2010 when pac was in his prime, had been koing ppl, and power. Now, pac is on decline. He has irs problems, marquez ko, bradley robbery, lost his power, and so on. I think the fight would be similar to dlh (maybe a castillo 1 if we are lucky, a close fight), pac chasing and throwing crazy angles winning the early rounds, then floyd figures him out and dominates, and wins the fight. Then pac fans would make excuses, Floyd fans would be laughing and fueling the pac fans insults.
