Floyd said last January "it's time to give the world what they want to see" and CALLED PACQUIAO actually talked to him on the phone, and said he would guarantee Pacquiao gets 40 MILLION win or lose, and Pacquiao turned it down, because Bob Arum told him to.... Mayweather has stated as long as Manny is with Bob Arum, the fight wont happen because Arum wont allow it to happen... At this point, it's up to Manny. Floyd has stated he wants this fight
Mayweather refused to fight because he is more concerned with his legacy of being undefeated than making more money.
Paqiauo actually agreed to all of Mayweathers's demands and signed a contract that Mayweather refused to sign and claimed he never got the contract until his people admitted he did have the contract.
All of the false claims about steroids and other problems are just smoke screens to avoid the real reason and that is his wanting to stay undefeated more than anything else.
