Biggs made a foul comment about Tyson after Henry Tillman beat Tyson at the Olympic trials. I forgot what the exact comment was but Biggs and Tyson were together when he said it, They actually were cool at one time, but Mike said after the comment he never saw Biggs as a friend again, and wanted to punish him in the ring if they ever fought, and boy did he! Tyson said years after they fought that he could have KO'd Biggs much earlier than he did but that he wanted to punish him as long as he could for the comment.
Hate is a pretty strong word. I think Tyson knew he was miles better than Biggs, and maybe Tyrell was talking some smack before and during the fight.
biggs was the olympic hero with a gold medal and tyson didn't qualify , i think tyson felt biggs had it spoon fed to him and tyson wanted to prove he could of got that olympic gold medal instead of tyrell.
Common, Tyson hated all his opponents during his reign of terror at the heavyweight division. Even if he had no reason to, he'd find one to stoke his anger, which fuels his whole game.
