I don't think there would be much difference in result in another Bradley fight but if that's the opponent they are leaning towards, it wouldn't be such a bad thing. Bradley after all, showed himself to be a game opponent who was willing to take risks even late in the fight instead of just trying to survive like other Pacquiao opponents. I'd rather see him fight Bradley than have them sign another Rios type fight, although Provodnikov would present a bigger challenge but I don't know if that will happen so soon. Maybe they could throw Alvarado in the mix, who actually beat Rios but was overlooked for the big payday fight in Macau.
I also wouldn't mind him fighting Khan. He's tall and lanky, has speed and good footwork, it would also pit Khan and Virginl against his former trainer so that might prove to be interesting in the buildup to see what comes out in the mind games they try to play on each other.
I think Provodnikov will likely be his next fight, although Pacquiao usually has no problems with that type of fighter as was proven in the Rios fight.
Danny Garcia would be a great fight, certainly makes sense for Garcia as he will get his biggest pay day and is certainly deserving of that considering the performances he has put in the last few years.
It would still be great to see a Mayweather fight but realistically that fight just ain't happening.
Bradley who else? One thing with Mayweather, with the exception of Jose Luis Castillo whom he had to fight and beat twice to erase any doubts, he always finishes the business with his opponents the first time he fights them. Pacquiao has to fight Morales thrice, Barrera twice, Marquez four times ( and he is begging for a fifth fight, for pete's sake! ). He still has an unfinished business with Bradley!
He should be now fighting the other rated fighters like Kell Brooks, Ruslan Provodnikov but he has unfinished business with Bradley and even with Marquez in view of questions regarding results of their fights and because Arum would like to milk those fights further for whatever they are still worth. What's the reason for a fifth fight with Marquez when Marquez had been beaten decisively by Bradley? The reasons and rhymes behind some of this are sometimes weird!
I want the Bradley rematch to happen. Wouldn't mind Luis Abregu though. I want Provo and Pac to do well so I don't want them fighting. If it happens I think Pacquiao will scrape a decision. Provo is no joke. He forced guys to fight his fight.
he should continue stalkin floyd, constantly call him out...
stop acting a "pastor", this is boxing, pac should show he's the one chasing and floyd running..
he should stop agreeing to any ridiculous demands and challenge floyd to stop acting like a child, be a man and fight! ...
meanwhile a victory against bradley will put him closer to floyds rank, he should focus on destroying bradley cus the guy got chin... do that and will see floyd again ranting... he cant run forever, if he succeeds, this "duck of the century" will haunt him on his old age
this two seems doent know or just not accepting it...
their boxing careers are intertwined, both their roads crossed before the end... meant to crush each other
if they dont fight, there is no grey area, just darkness and light, one will suffer because of it
Pacquiao should fight Danny Garcia next.
manny Pacquiao http://tinyurl.com/nrcf7ez
Bob Arum said that that he hopes to finalize Pacquiao's opponent by Saturday.
Mayweather fight won't happen because Floyd is still intimidated. Floyd would rather take an easy fight against China Chin Khan or Maidana (Who is a good fighter but made for Mayweather). Mayweather is a joke. Haven't bought his Pay per views since 2007. I stream them or go watch at friends houses
I only buy the likes of Pacquiao's & Marquez's.
I hope he gets the rematch with Bradley & clears that up. he won the 1st fight 9 rounds to 3. Bradley was fortunate the judges robbed many otherwise he would still be fighting on ESPN. Provodnikov is ok at best. Pacquiao has too much speed & angles. He'll end knocking Provodnikov out.
