Steve Smoger.
He lets the fighters fight, and doesn't dictate the pace himself. He leaves that up to the boxers. He's like a ghost in the ring, you can barely tell he's there and that's a good thing. He will protect a fighter if he needs protecting though. Don't get it twisted. He's just an overall great referee and he's my favorite at this point in time. Wolak-Rodriguez 1 is a good example of how a ref should go about being the third man in the ring.

and plus joe cortez is the worst referee, he always ends fights too soon, i will never watch a joe cortez fight, or maybee i will go to a fight he does and just boo him and say you suck joe the whole fight and dont care what the boxers are doing even if manny pacquiao knocks out mayweather
