yes I agree that george chuvalo is Canada's top boxer with a good box rec and faced the best
As an Amateur Lennox Lewis fought for Canada at the Olympics. Despite this he says that he is British meaning that Canada can't claim him. George Chuvalo was an amazing boxer. He fought George Forman, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier and was never knocked down in his entire career. If he was fighting today he would probably be a champion.
Lennox Lewis obviously
There is no doubt that the legendary Sam Langford is the greatest Canadien boxer of all time and the greatest fighter to never receive a title shot too. Langford finished with a career mark of 202-47-50 with 128 kayo's and fought such great fighters as Jack Johnson, Sam McVey, Joe Jeanette, Philadelphia Jack O'Briern, Stanley Ketchel, Harry Wills, and Joe Gans and fought from lightweight all the way to heavyweight. Langford was powerful and strong with fast hands combined with great ring intelligence.
Chuvalo wasnt bad either...
and don't say lennox lewis. lewis was british with Jamaican blood
