Quillin like his namesake Kid Chocolate who was also despised during his illustrious career will prove the critics wrong. His proud Cuban ancestry and genes and results against better opponents suggest to me that he would be the true middleweight champion of the world.
I think Quillin will beat both Cotto and the overrated Golovkin.

Why is he not considered in those circles?
And does anyone think Quillin has the tools to beat Cotto?
