Typical lean guy with more stamina and bone power than body mass.
Don't listen to the dude grazer he just don't know anything ofcourse proper technique is important for stronger u have to be stronger mass.if speed was all that matter then all the lightweight boxer would have that credit but no the most powerful punches are form heavy guys with proper for and fastest by light guys.and btw for ur answer there is no coreat ans as we don't know anything about ur body.
On a scale of 0-999 id say if u hit an arcade punch bag with a direct hit and perfect technique you would be able to hit the 850 mark with rubbish technique you would scrape 650... Power is calculated buy good technique not muscle or body size!!
I have a friend who is skinny and weighs about 130 pounds and he can hit 999 on a punch machine were his technique is soo good... But a friend of mine who has big muscles and power and weighs 195 pound can only hit 875.. Still good but looks weak against a light small guy ay :)
How the heck are we supposed to know how hard you can punch?
I think one pound.
What would be a punch power of normal 23 year old guy?
