Dan Goosen said there are no more big fights at super middleweight for Andre Ward but of course Andre objected to to it ,he says there is a rematch with Carl Froch out there as well as GGG (if he's willing to move up a weight class) as well as others.
Andre Ward is trying to pursue at least those two fights with the power of Bob Arum since Dan Goosen is making more excuses with Ward than he is fights ,Ward doesn't want his career to go to waste.
If Ward wants to open more possibilities to big fights ,he should be willing to travel away from Oakland ,to be honest ,Andre Ward is a better fighter than Froch but Froch is still the bigger draw over in Nottingham so it only makes sense for Ward to make that compromise.
It's crazy that the loser of Ward-Froch would become the big money maker of the division. There isn't enough room in the American boxing market for Andre Ward at the moment. He' a very boring wrestler kind of fighter and one of the only top fighter whose fights I don't watch. He's a champ though and a winner but he seems to be making all the wrong moves.

he is from my area, so i try to support him....ive been to a couple his fights at Oakland Collesium back in the day....
but damn man, he has done next to nothing to capitalize on his Olympic success, or the Super 6 tournament. the guys he beat like Froch and Kessler and even Sakio Bika have all gone on to bigger and better things than he has
i am not aware of all his promotional legal battles (that courtroom sh!t is too boring for me to follow).......all i know is this guy fights way too sporadically to even be considered in the mix
this is not all his fault, i know a lot of guys just plain duck him (B-hop)...but talk about failing to be a relevant force when it comes to your career
one thing i do fault him for is his insistance to have home-field advantage. i know he has made a few trecks down the 101 South to Carson, but this guy should be taking world tours, especially with so much competition now coming from Europe.....
he could be building fan-bases from coast to coast as well as across the Atlantic

Ward wants big PPV fight. Problem is he can't draw flies to sh*t and at 168 there isn't a whole lot of big money fights unless he is willing to travel. He is blaming this on Goosen. He is delusional thinking he is going to headline a PPV unless he travels.
He's going to court w/ Goossen AGAIN, even though he lost the last time he tried to bail on his contract. I have no idea why, considering Goossen has done right by him and handled his career very well IMO.
The lawsuits on top of his injuries are ridiculous though. This dude is in the middle of his prime, and instead of fighting he's either suing his promoter or getting hurt.
I like SOG and I'm a fan, but what in the f*ck is his problem? He's got numerous options and it's not like Goossen and Top Rank have beef. He doesn't need to be exclusively with TR to get a JCCJR fight, assuming that's who he's looking to beat up on.
Salary shouldn't be the issue either, HBO paid this dude more money than they spent on the entire Adonis vs Bellew/Kovalev vs Sillakh card.
Is Andre messing up here or what? He can't help injury, but this contract nonsense is on him.
