I've seen offensive posts,directed at a respectable contributors,its bad we let them go

It depends on how you define "troll", some consider Yahoo answer's tenancy to suspend accounts for violating "community standards" too strict, and more than a couple "respected" contributors have been removed from the forum for what many consider minor infractions.

That said, I agree that a lot of obnoxious and racist comments by a few idiots have in the past offended a great many respected contributors and cost Yahoo Boxing more than a couple knowledgeable and respected contributors. Normally I simply ignore trolls, it serves no purpose to react to them.

Consider it a review for "tolerance". The gov employees of other years managed to overcome it with flying colors.
