Doesn't matter how much you can bench, if you know the right spots to hit, then anyone can knock someone out. But to answer your question, since there are so many nerves and everything around the neck, hitting someone there would easily knock them out. Also the temple (which is on the top of the face on both sides, near your hair above your ear) is a dangerous spot to hit. For whatever reason you want to know this, please DON'T hit with all your strength. A medium strength punch is more than sufficient to knock someone out in these areas.
For your information, bench pressing strength has nothing to do with punching power. Punching power is genetic. If you have it, you can knock a guy out with one punch even if you can't bench 50 pounds. But if you're not gifted with it, you might bench 250 but could not hurt a guy. I've seen skinny kids weighing a 100 pounds who could kill you with one punch and 200 -pound bodybuilders who couldn't dent a heavy bag.
DO NOT PUNCH SOMEONE IN THE NECK you can crush their trachea leading to then suffocating from the inside.. Or ON THE TEMPLE .. If they weigh 10 stone (Irish) when you punch them.. As soon as you knock them out they will be atleast 30 stone hitting the ground... That's a lot f damage when the person can't stick out their arms etc.
. Punch on the jaw with a right hook and follow through.. This will pinch the spinal Column and knock then out.. Don't punch too hard or follow through too far.. Or better yet don't try knock them out
You're benching has nothing to do with it
Lol muscle mass has nothing to do with your power or how much you can bench
A proper punch comes from skill learn to punch properly and practice it you don't need mass
What relevance does how much you can bench to anything other how much you can bench?
The punch you don't see is the one that kills.
a baseball bat
Let him smell ur underwear
I am looking to knock a guy out with minimal 3 punches I can bench 95-125
