Anyone that sparred with or fought Sonny Liston will tell you he had the hardest jab of all. Holmes might have had the best snapping jab as Ali, but the hardest most destructive was always attributed to Liston.
Easy. Sonny Liston, of course. I mean, the dude knocked guys out with his jab. Holmes arguably had the best jab overall, and Ali, the fastest. But hardest? No one comes close to The Bear.
Holmes is usually credited with having the best jab among heavy weights, but Liston who is not given a lot of credit had a great jab, too.

I would go with Larry Holmes because he literally perfected it working with Muhammed Ali and then over a few years put some real power behind it.
Other guys may have punched harder but if you want accuracy and power all rolled in one the go with Larry Holmes
