This is the boxing section of this forum your running is great for conditioning but what boxing are you doing and are you boxing fundamentally correctly, what is your trainers credentials, like have they boxed amateur or professional and do they understand the mechanics of the sport. Like all power stars from your legs and with the combination of hip and shoulder rotation ends on your fist?
Eat MORE food, Make sure you eat about 25 percent fat and tons of greens other then that keep doing what you're doing
When i used to box i would juice for breakfast lunch and dinner. And i would feel energized and dropped weight.
Chicken breast. Turkey breast, lean beef, a little fish, and daily oatmeals. Fruits and veggies. Multivitamin pills.
Im trying to lose my lower stomach fat, my BMI is 11.4 right now, ive read several places that abs show at around 8%, i exercise 5x a week for boxing, 3 days being bagwork/cardio and 2 days are plyometrics with light weight training. I do a body toning yoga routine everynight before bed to stretch everything out. As far as my diet goes, i eat around 120-150g of protein a day, 20-50g of fat a day and i started reducing carbs to 30-60g a day with most of that being before and after workouts. Im 17, 5'8" and 155lbs. My diet is all fresh and clean foods. No pop, junk, fast food or candies.
