Welcome back blogbaba....?

Posted at: 2015-04-20
No big deal bro, the Blogbaba2 account was created so that the Blogbaba account wouldn't replace Santanna D as the top contributor a few years back, I wasn't pleased with the way it ended, but sometimes stuff happens that is simply out of your control. I am honored that you guys cared enough to notice and comment on it.

What happened to Blogbaba? Whatever it is I hope he is back soon. I don't think people reporting is always about them being sensitive, I think that sometimes they just get a thrill out of getting contributors deleted.

1. Yes. We all have different opinions and that's good, it would be boring if everybody thought in exactly the same way.

2. Yes. For example I rate Muhammad Ali higher than Joe Louis at heavyweight but I can understand why people would rate Louis higher due to his title reign and so on.

3. I can't recall an exact fight but my opinion on certain things have been changed due to other contributors, for example I have a higher regard for Laszlo Papp since being on this site.

As long as an opinion is legit I think it deserves to be respected, if we can all get along and agree to disagree on differences of opinion it would make this forum better for everybody.

Yes

Yes

Yes that happens from time to time. Sometimes people know more about boxers than I do, so they are in a better position to provide an answer. Also people can make me see a fight from a different perspective which will make me rethink things.

I like to think I have an open mind, even though, I can be bias towards certain boxers, and about certain boxing issues. I also try not to argue and stay objective. However there are a coupe of things that often make me bite.

1.Yes

2.Yes

3.Yes not very often but it has happened a time or two that why my winning percentage is 90%.

I am glad Blogbaba is back in effect. I respect his opinion and he is a very knowledgeable person we need more people like him on here. Is he black ?

Blogbaba is always a class act. He is not biased or prejudiced against any person.

Yes if enough people gang up on someone, anyone can be suspended, regardless their comments.

Some people on here don't like him because he has a very low opinion of Mike Tyson, and there are a large number of Mike Tyson fans on here. I am not one of them but that what I think.

Welcome to the gang...................No problems from me.

(Welcome back to blogbaba.... One of the forums top contributors).

For the forum:

Boxing Questions:

1) Can you accept a different view than that of your own ?

2) Can you consider a different opinion with an open mind?

3) Did another contributor make you doubt your original theory regarding an upcoming fight?

On a personal level, I accept all people's different views on all boxing conundrums. I take all different opinions on board, and try to look at things from a different angle.

Many guys have made me reconsider my original first thoughts on a fight.....

I don't think there is anybody totally unbiased on this section, we all have our favorites. I am a mad Ricky Hatton fan (even backed him to KO Pacman....yeah!), I am an avid fan of the great Larry Holmes, and had many a bar room argument, educating the ignorant souls that couldn't understand class when they seen it.

I didn't always agree with blogbaba, but his answers were 100% logical and valid. It's a shame that top drawer contributors can be suspended for giving their opinions.

If it can happen to a top ten contributor - It can happen to anyone. People need to stop being so sensitive... Listen, you might learn something!
