Yes Rocky was scared sh..less that this fictional movie role would not do good at the box office.
Its just a movie I think your looking at it a little to deeply
its a movie man
Ummm. its a movie
Anyone else agree this was a bich move on Balboas's part??
He barely won the title by a couple of seconds after 30 brutal rounds, most of which he lost, and he never even had the professional courtesy to give Creed a shot back at his old title,....
instead he went on some world tour fighting no-hope "paper champions" as his own trainer/manager Mic put it, until he ran into the Clubber Lang buzzsaw in '83..
What's more: Apollo Creed gave The Rock an IMMEDIATE rematch after their first bout when he never even had to.... and if i remember correct , Apollo even gave him the rematch again on his home soil of Philly when again he didn't have to
and then that fkcin greaser basically turns around and hi-tails it out of town with the belt and never even tries to settle the score once and for all with a great champion like Apollo Creed.??!?!!??
Imagine if Casius Clay and Joe Frazier only fought 2 fights against each other?!? May be if Rocky had actually fought him a 3rd time like a man would have, may be Apollo wouldn't still have been looking for closure when he went out and got himself killed against the much younger, stronger Ivan Drago
of course, this is completley LOST on the biased, white media elites...even though it is clear as day for all to see
