The fact that Vitali Klitscko ended up being an ATG heavyweight champion and Pele had a mediocre 20-6 as a boxer shows how different these two sports are.
Also that shows why even the greatest kickboxers such as Schilt, Zambidis, Hoost, Aerts etc. ending up with so many losses despite being great champs; a kick or a knee is enough to change everything in kickboxing. I am sure Vitali could have easily destroyed him in a rematch.
Nothing will ever equalize the shameful losses of Ernesto Hoost to .....Bob Sapp. I bet Ernesto will want to erase from his memory these two losses from a big fat joke like Sapp.
Yeah, I've seen that before.
As far as I'm aware, that's the only time Vitali has ever been off his feet.
Was that video slowed down or something? I've seen retired grandmas kick faster than that.
Everybody can be knocked down or out, especially in a sport with kicks.
Reid also had a boxing career that coincided with Klitcjkos.......they should have fought in the ring to settle score

This was new to me. Never seen it before. Pele Reid knocking out Vitali Klitchko in a kickboxing match.
Not a question just a link to the fight in case anyone hasn't seen it. :-D
