Tyson outweighed Marciano by 20 lbs or more. Tyson was faster, more powerful, more explosive and quicker and had better defense.
jimy sounds like a hater. most people fail to remember, we lost Tyson's prime while he was in prison(age 26-29). how quick everyone forgets, so they can bash him. Marciano would get beaten the phuck down by Tyson. Marciano was barely 195 lbs soaking wet, Tyson was 222 lbs in his prime. End of story. Tyson would be faster, quicker, stronger, more explosive, AND BIGGER.
Two great fighters = bigger fighter wins.
Tyson pre 1988 was the most dangerous man to ever lace the gloves. The same thing cant be said of Marciano. But Rocky had such a huge heart and he always stands up whenever he finds himself down . He even once said that if you tear him apart, his two pieces will stand up and fight. This is one of the those good questions that never gets old and i always believe Tyson will knockout Marciano cold. You cant count on heart when you're down senseless on the canvass. Lets remember, PAcquiao had huge heart too, but it never bailed him when JMM knocked him out
Tyson would have more speed and probably more power though but you can't knock Marciano's chin....plus Rocco's graft of being always able to grind out win after win would probably be the telling factor...you could call this anyway....I find it laughable @ Tyson KO in 3 rounds...would never happen dun cmon....I'm going for a Roc Marciano win, maybe KO due to sheer heart and will...something he would beat Tyson on any day...

Tyson's prime was very short ! Probably from the nite he KO'd Trevor Berbick until his KO by Buster Douglas ! He never defeated a single great fighter in his entire carreer !
Marciano's prime began with his KO of Joe Louis and lasted until his somewhat early retirement ( He would have destroyed Floyd Patterson who followed him as HW champion )
If Rocky could have gotten by the first three rounds he would have won easily but I don't think that would have been possible ! Tyson, though not taller, was about twenty-five pounds heavier and very heavily built ! Rocky could take a punch but not the number of punches that Tyson would throw in the opening rounds !
I would think Tyson in three but I would not wager on that . Rocky was a great fighter who was never defeated
tyson by round 5....marciano liked to break an opponent down over time...tyson would be all over him early....a later version of tyson however would be ground down quite easily.
Marcianon was great... No doubting that, but Tyson would beat him. Too much power, speed and ferocity
