Personally i believe true. I think he beats everyone from 140 - 160, including pacquiao khan garcia thruman lara cotto ggg quilin mattysse
Anywhere from 140 to 154 yes.
At 160 though? Definitely not. The size and strength difference would be way too big. Mayweather is basically a blown up 140 pounder. Guys like GGG would simply outmuscle him. They're naturally WAY bigger. Most 160 pounders come in well over 170 pounds, whereas Mayweather weighs 150 on a heavy night lol.
False, no matter how good you are, there is always somebody better. As much as I loath Amir Khan, he has the correct style to beat Mayweather. At middleweight Grennady Golovkin would also be a very dangerous opponent for Mayweather and if GGG lands solid he can KO anyone. The fact that Floyd is afraid of Manny Pacquiao shows Mayweather doesn't have the correct mental attitude to ever truly belong in a conversation about all time great fighters. Floyd dominated his era, but historically he simply doesn't measure up to the ultra elite of boxing history. I think if it wasn't for some home cooked judging Floyd would have lost the first Castillo fight. I really cannot understand Floyd's fear of Pacquiao, all the stats point to Floyd being a heavy favorite to beat Manny, but at that level boxing is 90% mental and Floyd simply fears Manny.
When all was said and done Roberto Duran was historically rated higher than Leonard, Hagler or Hearns, and when today's era is evaluated down the road, I think Manny Pacquaio will rate higher than Floyd in spite of the records.
147-154 True
140-160 False
Mayweather cannot even make 140 lbs comfortably. He hasn't even weighed in at a full 154 lbs. He cannot make 160 lbs.
False. 140-147, maybe yes but 154-160, definitely no. The likes of Lara, Andrade, Golovkin Quillin and Murray will give him more troubles that he can handle, especially Golovkin.
He already lost to Pacquiao, by ducking him for nearly 5 years. The BIGGEST FIGHT with the most money and highly demanded by the public and still didn't take the fight. Mayweather is his own boss, he makes the rules, therefore he makes the excuses...I mean seriously, there's a 1 hour video on YouTube just full of Floyd's excuses not to fight Pacquiao, seriously, if you can't fight a guy who is smaller and already been knocked out, there is no telling who can beat Floyd at this point.
False. He'd probably be unbeatable from 140 to 147, but 154 up? Nah, someone would knock his head off in there.
False.
He can not make 160 so a fight with GGG won't happen. It's easy to pick against him when you know his opponent will have a 20 pound weight advantage. However, I think he will beat anyone in his division.
False.
If GGG wasn't around, I'd say true though. He's the only guy below 168lb that I think could beat Floyd at this point.
Mayweather was at his strongest at 130. He seemed slow at 154 so i doubt he would do well at 160.
Completely false. Mayweather has never even fought above 154, let alone, pairing him up against the best of that division.
True or False?
Personally i believe true. I think he beats everyone from 140 - 160, including pacquiao khan garcia thruman lara cotto ggg quilin mattysse
False, He is too small for 160.
No he losses to Gennady Golovkin @160
false, pac will annahilate him at 140, possibly could beat him at 147.... ggg above 147....
False.
False... He can't even beat convincingly the smaller Maidana.
9 times out of ten he beats these guys.
But yuve gotta understand, it takes one punch, and it can come from anyone anywhere, if he sleeps on anyone, he can find himself sleeping.
Maybe, but 155 is the highest he can beat all.
Hell no. Especially not now.
