I won't mention Top 10, but I want to mention Oscar De La Hoya.
DLH is pretty much underrated. His jabs is so devastating, he hurts most of his opponents with his sharp jab, straight to their nose. In his prime (1996-1999), DLH had one if not the best jab of all time.
Currently, I say Mayweather had the best jab. He won rounds with it.
