By the middle rounds, Hearns' jab begins to take a toll and land with more accuracy. As Floyd darts in for a shot to the ribs, Hearns catches him high on the forehead. Mayweather staggers back and quickly covers up.

In round 7, trapped in a corner, Mayweather blocks a series of shots. However, Hearns is not one to time or pick his shots once his opponent is hurt. While Mayweather avoids some, others land. Hearns catches Mayweather flush on the chin as Floyd attempts to slip out, moving to his left.

Mayweather falls along the ropes. Up at 8, Mayweather moves. Hearns stalks. The next three rounds are nearly identical, with Floyd losing points as he's solely on the defensive. Hearns lands only a few shots to the body and head, as Floyd continues to move.

Hearns slows down in round 10 and Mayweather becomes a bit bolder. Moving in for a right, Floyd runs into a shot to the jaw. He goes down to one knee, his incredible balance preventing him from hitting the canvas.

Clearly hurt, Mayweather rises and Hearns pursues him to the ropes, launching a flurry of punches, this time most of them landing. As Floyd covers up, the referee steps in to stop it.
Mayweather protests but to no avail.

Hearns was superior to Floyd in every comparable category, this one would be over quick and Floyd would be flat on his back sleeping with the fishing after than big right hand from Hearns cracked that O like an egg. I honestly believe that Hearns right now, well past 50 would KO Floyd if they fought tomorrow, that is how lopsided the talent level is between the two.
Hearns would pound Mayweather into the cheap seats, Floyd has never faced anyone with the power that Hearns had.
unless Floyd can run and not get hit, he won't last 3 rounds.
Floyd's shoulder roll wouldn't stand Hearns punches for long. Hearns wins this possibly dropping Floyd.
