mayweather and pacquiao have both achieved tremendous feats of greatness.as things stand,mayweathers career stands out from pac's but we should not forget that he never gave pacquiao and others the chance to face him.on the flip side pacquiao has always accepted a full spectrum of opponents.because of this i feel floyd never proved himself the greatest of this current generation even though i feel he had the potential to

You should also add Roy Jones Jr up there, He was no doubt an ATG.
I don't think I would add Miguel Cotto to be honest. Felix Trinidad has probably achieved more than Cotto.

By the way, by All-time greats l dont mean people who will end up in the hall of fame otherwise my list would be much larger.
Im talking about boxers who have transcended what is hall of fame material. They are beyond that. They are the special one's who will be remembered.
Of course, if we are talking about the fighters who are once in an era, it would be Mayweather and Pacquiao.
