Should be. It would be a great fight between the two best boxers at light featherweight. Also I consider both boxers to be top 10 p4p so any fight between top 10 p4p boxers is a good thing in my book.

Rigondeaux is a fighter who is no austin trout who beats old faded man and claims to be the best @154. Rigondeaux has great skills and beat someone younger than him at his prime. I can gladly say Rigondeaux could beat mares easily. Yes it will be a big fight both in the top 5 p4p at 122.

Mares is with Golden Boy... Rigondeaux is with Top Rank... Both companies are televising on exclusive channels...that will make it tough. Mares also already decided to move up after he couldn't fight Donaire.
