punch the bag as hard as you can for a certain period of time and also do push ups 100 of them they will make your stronger . hit the speed bag also as it will make you faster run to 1 mile with wind sprints every 1/4 mile for 100 yards run on toes and breath threw nose. do push ups right after the run and then do windmills, 30 in one direction and 30 in reverse direction small circles , to the sides in front of you and over your head, next do jumping jacks 6 sets of 50 with thirty second rest in between sets then have some one uses hand punching glove and hit hen for 10 rounds but you need someone to show you the right way to do this. then comes speed bag and heavy bag if you can make his left hand real fast he might get away with a win with just using it and his speed
Punch and kick a medium or heavy bag. Take a martial arts class, or at least watch the many youtube videos about how to punch, kick, and defend yourself.
To get stronger, you gotta lift. But you can do both. Boxing is a great cardio workout.
Lift.
I prefer lifting. Use some protein and stuff like that as well.
to become stronger because im weak and i wanna be able to defend myself and punch hard but im only 13 and 5 foot 2 inches and im not sure if that makes a difference but what is better for this situation and if weights what kind of lifting? and if the punching bag heavy or light?
