My coach told me he expected that he put me against the best boxer In gym. He told me he did that because he wanted me to know that fighting and trying to hurt your opponent isnt all about boxing moving around building up some momentum and using your boxing 101 skills is what makes you a good boxer toughness and mental toughness.
If you feel like you like a physical sport like boxing do it maybe your good at it but you shouldnt spar in like your first 3 4 months its way to early. Boxing releases stress energy and anger I insist you go one more time

Okay 2 months ago i use to go to the boxing gym. I was training for 6 months but one day i had to spar someone else from another city and i doubted myself a bit because even if i spar against my teammate or sparring partner i take alot of blows to the head. Im amatuer, when im usually sparring im either overthinking or not in tune in it. I regret that that day for me not showing up to the gym. I will always want to relived that moment or travel back at that spefic time telling myself just go, because you never know? Since i stop goin i felt unease, i be thinkin about my team and where i should be at the. Gym i jus feel lik i disappointed or shameful to Them and my coach. But this is not my first time developing. This habiat it started when i was in ninth grade i tryout for football but i stopp then i did track but was to nervous to even simply run for a scrimage. I wish i had brothers or a father to push me into doin things positive when im nervous but the tough part its just me myself and i. But what can i do should i go back to that boxing gym?
