It's nice to know the other side of Floyd Mayweather who has been portrayed in the media as a selfish boor who does not give a hoot about nothing but amassing money for himself. If Floyd has been doing that for less fortunate Mexican kids, that's great and I admire him for the SECRET ( well, not so secret now ) charity works which is in stark contrast to other boxing idols who do their so-called charity works with so much publicity and fanfare. In the Philippines, we have had Flash Elorde who also was into secret charity works up to his dying days.

There's no need to bring up anymore Floyd's so-called contribution in giving many Mexican fighters their biggest paydays because Floyd earned much, much more.

Perhaps Mexico could give recognition to Floyd's charitable works for some of its poor children in some other way than building him a monument because it is usually reserved for patriots and national heroes.

never bashed him outside boxing... all i care about is his boxing and who he fights... i'm a fan of his skill and a basher of how he challenge that skill... so i dont like him when he said no more fighting strong champs...particularly avoiding the former #1 p4p and the FOTD... and points the blame to arum as the conclusion of the debacle.

Floyd been Founder and CEO of da Feed-a-Mexican foundation for over 17 years. Dozens of Mexican fighters have received royal assss beatings in exchange for da biggest payday of they lives. I can only imagine da amount of Mexican kids dat will go to college all thanks to da righteous assss beating Floyd handed to they fathers.

I think a statue of this image would go great right in da middle of Mexico City.
