Should Keith Thurman's next fight be against Tim Bradley?

Unfortunately, Tim Bradley is still tied up to Bob Arum who lured him out of Golden Boy in 2012 with the promise of a lucrative fight versus Pacquiao which happened. But that fight hardly boosted his stock and it took some thrillers versus Provodnikov and JMM to somewhat raise his profile. But now after losing dismally to Pacquiao in their rematch and losing his WBO belt, Tim is practically back to square one.

Unless the TR-GBP cold war ends abruptly within the year, I am afraid Tim's status will not improve any further except he be given a third match with Pacquiao and wins that convincingly which is highly doubtful of course , as Tim would have to content battling against what remains of TR's shallow ranks of talents at 147 lbs. And that includes rehashes with Provodnikov and Marquez.

Forget it. Bradley won't be tangling with the likes of Thurman, Khan, Collazo,Porter, Broner much less Mayweather until the cold war thaws or. his contract with Arum expires, whichever comes first

You guys mentioned some good fights there for Thurman. I'd also add Guerrero to the list.

Thatd be perfect. You got Thurman who's been knocking out 2nd tier competition like nobody's business and Bradley coming off a loss to a 1st tier guy. It would make sense.

Him and Shawn Porter will be a fight. That's what I wanna see.

keith Thurman still hasn't thought real competition yet, Bradley would be a real test!

Bradley would be a perfect fight for Thurman, at this point.

Agreed a fight with Bradley would be a great test for ONE TIMEEE and I hate to repeat what we have all heard a million times but it's not gonna happen because of the cold war.

I think the winner or Khan vs Collazo would be the best bet for Keith and then the winner fights Floyd but I would be very surprised if Rich Schaefer throws Khan in there with him. As for Broner that's another good fight and I am a fan of Broner but believe me, he won't go anywhere near Keith for now. 140 will be his division where he will probably pick up the vacated WBC/WBA belts from Garcia and then eventually move up to rematch Maidana. Broner vs Thurman maybe in the future but by future I mean 2016/2017. They are both still young.

One fighter you didn't mention was Shawn Porter. I think this is the most interesting fight alongside Bradley but it can actually be made in the real world. Porter has to get past Brook first which won't be a walk in the park but if they fought on the Mayweather September undercard there would be serious fan demand for the winner to fight Floyd next.

I didn't watch boxing this past weekend(saw Ufc instead) but Ive watch his previous bouts and read this past weekend about his recent win..I don't think he's ready yet for Money May..Pac or even Canelo..but I'd say a nice test would be to pit him against Tim Bradley..Bradley is still young..and has name value..and that would be a nice test for both..Thurman to see if he is ready for big time..and Bradley to see if he can cement his name in the upper echlon..cause after his loss to Pac..people are saying he never deserved the attention..

If not Bradley(I know stupid network could prevent this)then how bout winner of Broner vs Molina or Amir Khan?

Either of the 3(4) guys I think would be a true challenge to see if Thurman deserves a shot at either..Cotto..Canelo..Pac or Money May
