Does this mean I should give the sport up?.
Yo bro, don't be discouraged. The double Olympic medallist Paddy Barnes lost hi first 10 fights before solidifying his skills. Marquez and Bernard Hopkins both lost their first pro fights too.
no not at all, i was speaking with an amateur trainer a few months back and i see some pictures of him on the wall as a kid boxing and he told me he had won everything as an amateur NABC/ school boy ABA/ Senior ABA boxed for england ,his name was roy connors and he beat nigel benn- micheal watson and many more fighters that went on to be great BUT he lost his first 5 fights then went unbeaten for over 100 fights (all true i've looked it up) so don't worry about 3 loses if you enjoy it carry on and good luck .
3 loses shouldn't define a career.
Only you can answer the question.
If you are trying you best at:
1. training, and,
2. eating a boxer's diet,
perhaps it is not your sport.
I have had three Ameteur Boxing matches, each one I lost on a close split decision.
