@The Tormenter, thats why GGG should fight people his own size and weight range. 160 to 175. Not small 5 foot 8 fighters like Canelo and Cotto
Cotto has a good chance against Alvarez. But ultimately, Alvarez is the stronger fighter. Experience might play a part as we saw in Mayweather vs Canelo but Mayweather is a different beast. Alvarez by UD or late stoppage. Cotto will be 33 and has taken more damage than that age suggests
I have respect for Miguel Cotto. He's a warrior but He's not beating El Canelo. No chance. He probably has a good chance against Sergio Martinez though. Maravilla Didn't look good in his last fight.
I feel Canelo would win by TKO within 9 rounds.
Cotto looked good against a low level fighter in his last fight, which isn't a big deal. Cotto would give into Canelo's ruthless body attack.
After watching Canelo vs PBF, I have to admit I dont know who would win, Its a 50/50 pick'em fight. Canelo was totally schooled and shut out in that fight the judges were nice to him, at first I thought he won 1 round but then after watching the fight again I couldnt even give him 1 round. Granted he has youth on his side, Cotto's best days are behind him, but it looks like he has that snap in his punches again. So its tough to say who would win, I dont see a clear cut winner.
Lol I agree with Nightmare. Let's not get carried away, Cotto still a legend but still past his prime, Alvarez stops him late

Even though their both B class fighters Canelo stops him. GGG knocks both guys out in their prime though.
