I'd go with Cuevas. He's one of the toughest during an era of great welterweights like Leonard, Hearns, Duran and Benitez, and he had monstrous punching power overshadowed but comparable to the likes of Hearns and Duran. Having faced outstanding opponents, he'd be bringing in toughness, experience and tons of ring IQ that Ike Quartey would not be able to cope with. Cuevas by KO in 6.
