1) that's cuz they cant afford any PED programs for their athletes...
2) they cant afford a large contingent, last olympics they only got one entry for boxing
3) and sometimes they got beat by olympic politics everytime they get close...
the philippine's mansueto "oniok" velasco clearly beat his bulgarian rival in boxing for the gold back in the 1996 atlanta olympics...(youtube it yourself) but he got cheated in the scorecards...i never heard the filipinos whining...they continue their faith in GOD as catholics and muslims...now they got pacquiao and donaire...and they will continue being happy, eating and drinking, savoring this paradise called the philippine islands even w/o these two great champs...cuz there are more for them in the philippines than boxing and the olympics
so if you're doin this just to irritate some pinoys here in Y/A....try harder!!!!
