If this fight were set up with neutral judges I would say Pacquiao has the edge considering the near shut out he pitched in the first fight.
Bradley signed a new contract and Pacquiao did not. This info taken on face value indicates that Bradley will win on points. Possibly Arum is letting Pacquiao go to Showtime for one fight next year, after which Pacquiao will re-sign with Top Rank. In order to give an accurate prediction in this fight we would have to have intimate knowledge of the goings-on backstage. I'm hoping for a Manny KO anyway.

Lil, i think PAcquiao will always be in front of Tim and suffocates him. Bradley might just tap out for the first time in his career. There's no better gameplan if you cant follow that to a T. If Bradley believes he won the first fight vs PAc, then there would be no better one than the plan gave him his split decision win
I think Pacquiao will win, but there's a chance Bradley could pull an upset. He hasn't really gotten better. He was nearly knocked out by Provodnikov and he was exactly the kind of fighter Marquez is terrible against. Still, he made Pacquiao perform terribly the first time.
I'm taking Pacquiao, he's much more focused since the last time they fought and I believe he will win by stoppage. I believe he will or he should hit him with shots that he hurt Cotto with. Bradley kind of swings wildly with his hooks, and I think Manny could catch him with a hard uppercut and hurt Bradley. Pacquiao is a veteran in every sense of the word and that and his new focus will be the difference between Provodnikov hurting him and Manny doing it.

I think Timothy bradley improved since their first fight. I'm picking him to win by a close but clear UD. Manny pacquiao looked impressive against Brandon rios but he is not Bradley. It will be a compeitive fight.
Who has the better gameplan and execution will win this one.

Pac is a slight favorite, but Bradley is a very live and dangerous underdog.

My answer: Honestly, I think Bradley will win a unanimous decision against Pacquiao this time around. He's a better fighter than last time, but Pacquiao just fought a guy that wasn't as skilled as Bradley. There won't be a knockout, and I think Bradley will have the better gameplan.
