I don't think Floyd is scared of Pacquiao, I mean, he's been a professional fighter for 20 years and he's been to a lot of tough fights against elite opponents. The thing is, he's scared of getting that first L on his record and he knows Manny is capable of giving that to him. What he's doing is he's biding his time, waiting for Manny to get older, slower and less of the brutal puncher that he once was so he'd get that advantage once the fight happens. Sure Floyd is older but he's got less wear and tear because he fights smartly by getting hit less, unlike Pac who goes all out for a brawl every time he fights.

I'll give you a logical answer; BOTH MEN are to blame. Point blank period. People make it seam as though Manny Pacqauio and Top Rank haven't made this fight just as difficult as Floyd and his team have.

Manny Pacqauio turned down drug testing because he was supposedly afraid of needles only to agree to the exact same thing when facing another fighter. Manny Pacqauio turned down 40 Million dollars to face Timothy Bradley & Juan Ma Marquez for less money and then lose.

I don't blame Floyd any more than I blame Manny. They're BOTH at fault regardless of how many times you want to keep this meaningless tab of how many excuses each guy has made in the press. The TRUTH is neither one of us was their, It takes two people to negotiate, they couldn't come to terms so they're BOTH to blame.

OK I am going to try to make sense of this and need your input, through out the last 5 years both camps weren't able to make the fight happen between pacquiao and mayweather, now looking this logically and the history of how boxing is and it's genuineness why is it that mayweather has made more excuses and obstacles to not make a pacquiao fight than he has for others ??

Let me explain once the negotiations started mayweather agree to do a 50/50 split with pacquiao as well for him to do a drug test, this is where I have issue, for a fellow man to demand a blood test all of the sudden and never demand it before raises questions where his intentions on, mayweather has mad accusations about pacquiao taking peds, steroids even though there was no proof or evidence of him doing so, other professional athletes who tried to cover their traces have been caught regardless what leagues their in nba, nfl, tour la france, etc, so why start making a string of excuses which to begin with have no basis??? As well the current excuse that mayweather doesn't want to do business with Bob arum is still flawed because if that was the case why didn't he say it in the beginning and not 5 years after the fact???
