Truth is, Manny P was already a name in Asia as early as the late 90s by being the first man to kayo Thailand's highly regarded Chatchai Sasakul back in 1998. Sasakul had been the bane of many a Latin flyweight fighters and even held a win over nearly unbeatable Russian legend Yuri Arbachakob But America only took note of Pacquiao when he beat Marco Antonio Barrera the first time and took real notice of him when he beat Erik Morales in their second fight. Significantly, Barrera and Morales were among the big household names in the USA when he fought and beat them. But America still did not believe in Pacquiao until he beat Marquez, kayoed David Diaz, retired Oscar de la Hoya, demolished Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto and brutalized Tony Margarito.. Cherry picker? I would concede that he missed fighting some names as Mosley and Bradley earlier than he did, but he definitely was no cherry picker and absolutely, no fraud.
He pretty much made a whole career over a not so great as he used to be marco antonio barrera(although I can see why they would call him the best Filipino fighter) but yeah he fought a lot of fighters at catch weights and coming off loses and fighting weak champions and now he is fighting someone name brandon rios. Brandon rios lost two times(mike alvarado,richar abril) and he knows his style could easily beat rios. Why didn't he want to fight the winner(Mike Alvarado)? Floyd Mayweather would beat pacquiao easily.. Its bob arum who didn't want the fight for pacquiao
pacman was a crazed wildman in his short peak....he craziliy went out to ko opponents and didnt really think of longevity or career...he did wins kos and fans with that and money but in hindsight he maybe should have played it more carefully and prepared for when his stamina and ko power would decline... He can still prob beat a lot of opponents out there....including maybe floyd (style wise) unless floyd runs for 12 rds without a break....he will lose to jmm should they go at it again but would still prob beat khan today...that jmm ko took a lot out of him and he had seemimgly mellowed before that too.
He beat a somewhat prime cotto. A prime berrara. Won belts in 8 different weight classes and I still think he would beat Floyd.

Pacman is a fraud ....what good fighter has he beaten that was in his prime? under 30?.....take your time :) ..he cherry picks fighters and has had championship fights in divisions hes never fought in ...I dont even have this dog eater in my top 30 of all time....he beat up on old boxers or forced the fighter to go down in weight...or both.....maybe all you dirty pinoys love this guy but its funny how you all backstabbed him lol when he got knocked out by marquez.......he cant sing and he throws punches like a monkey.....he will soon be broke and living in the streets once he stops boxing due to his gambling and womanizing lol....he will soon be hunting for dogs in manilla with buboy.....rip pacman nation lol
