Pacquiao beat Margarito at a catchweight that he didn't make against a guy who isn't a natural Light Middleweight.
The reason Pacquiao didn't make the catchweight is too keep his speed because speed is the only way he can win his fights. He can make 154 lbs he just can't do it without losing his speed like everyone else. He wants to have that advantage all the time because that's all he has. It's the only thing that separates him, without he's ordinary.
Pacquiao beat Mosley, but Alvarez isn't Mosley. Mosley was able to meat Alvarez because he has fought at 154 lbs several times. Pacquiao never has and never will. Mosley did not give Alvarez a hard time.
You have to remember Mosley did head but Canelo early on in the fight which in a way weakened him over all I would say Pacquiao would take a Dicision after 12 rounds very even fight
That is talking about the current Pacquiao if it was prime Pacquiao then Pacquiao would win hands down
