Mayweather called out Kostya Tszyu, it's not his fault Tszyu didn't fight him. Is it ducking? because when someone calls Mayweather out and he doesn't fight them he is seen as a ducker. Then Kostya Tszyu ducked him. Besides, Mayweather beat Ricky Hatton who beat Tszyu. You can't take credit way from Mayweather beating an undefeated Hatton and give credit to Pacquiao. You can't say he was a Light Welterweight either if you're going to be saying he should fight Danny Garcia.
He called out Shane Mosely years ago, before they even fought. When they did fight he was ranked #1 at Welterweight and #3 Pound for Pound, seen as dangerous after destroying Margarito who you accuse Mayweather of ducking.
He clearly beat De La Hoya. The only reason it was scored close was because De La Hoya was a superstar. He was being aggressive and being countered while barely landing anything or anything effective.
Margarito and Cotto were both Top Rank fighters. It's not Mayweather's fault Bob Arum didn't make it happen. Mayweather was chasing a huge pay day with De La Hoya which any fighter would have done. He also fought the welterweight champion. It's laughable that you think either of them would beat Mayweather. Besides, Mayweather fought a better Cotto than Pacquiao did so if you take credit from him take it from Pacquiao and for fighting Margarito when he did under the ridiculous conditions.
He didn't duck Martinez, he was a Middleweight. You just wanted that fight hoping he would lose, The money wasn't right or worth the risk when he is a small Welterweight who has never weighed above 152.
Canelo was not weight drained you just assume that because of the catchweight (who asked for it is still in the air) and that is your excuse for him losing. He looked great in the fight but lost because he tried to play chess with Mayweather.
Again with Golovkin, you are pathetic. He is a Middleweight who has yet to even establish himself as an elite in his own weight class let alone boxing. Has done less than Martinez, who is just now getting his big money fight.

Barrera, Morales, Prince,Tyszu, Margarito, Williams, Pacquiao, He fought DLH, Mosely, and Cotto old, and could of prime. He will never fight Lara, GGG, Martinez, and probably even smaller Danny Garcia.
At 140lbs he fought Gatti, who was always a paperchamp punching bag, instead of Kostya Tszyu [the guy who knocked out Mayweathers uncle/trainer], who AT THE TIME would have been the most prestigious champion in Floyds career.
At 147lbs there were instances when Margarito, Pacquiao, Cotto & Paul Williams were the best. Floyd waited for all of them to duke each other out, he finally fought 1 of them after they beat the hell out of him. During this time Floyd instead fought Hatton @147lbs, a weight where Hatton never had a victory, only 1 loss at the time against Collazo [a robbery]. It was an impressive victory for Floyd but Hatton was never the best at 147lbs, & Hatton only got a shot because he beat a shot Tszyu & a senior citizen Castillo all at lightwelterweight, NOT welterweight where the fight happened.
There are bigger talents today at 147lbs & especially 154lbs than Marcos Maidana but Mayweather is the one fighting so it's his choice. What disgusts me is how much some of his hard core nut hugging fans praise him for it. He has skills and a flamboyant personality but COME ON.
I agree with Ray and Kalambre, and now he continues to duck and cherry pick because he is the boss now. DLH made it easier for Floyd to reach super stardom along with Pac, otherwise they would have fought a little more difficult battles if it wasn't for DLH fight.

I want to know who other than Pacquiao he has not fought/beaten that even possesses a chance?? Bradley?
