PS--I like Manny, and do not like Haye.
Pacquiao wins if were talking legacy or on who's got a better shot at being in the hall of fame. He also wins if were looking at them in their own weight classes Pacquiao has more speed, power, and movement against his opponents then Haye's does against his opponents. Pacquiao is one of the greatest fighters in boxing today and is also top 50, maybe top 60 boxers ever. David Haye in my opinion is not in either of those categories. Sadly he is one of the greatest heavyweights in boxing today. That being said Haye is Heavyweight and Pacquiao is best at light/welterweight. So David at least out weighs Pacquiao by 66lb., At Least. Haye is also 8inches taller then Pacquiao and has an 11inch reach advantage. Haye would murder Pacquiao in the ring by brutal KO, but he has nothing on Pacquiao when it comes to their legacy and as a boxer of their own weight classes. Pac-Man is a hall of famer and a legend of the 2000's, David Haye is not.
