Lightweight fight. Shane Mosley vs Roberto Duran. Who wins?

Back then, Mosley was a pretty good Lightweight. Maybe not the same league as Duran, but still a very interesting matchup. 15 rounds.

Hello Matt and another interesting match sir! Roberto Duran is the man when it comes to who is the greatest lightweight of all time and practically unbeatable at this weight. He was about the most intimidating and fierce fighter I ever had the pleasure of watching at his true best. But he wasn't just a great inside fighter but also a very clever tactical fighter as well with counter punching skills. He could have some difficulties vs slick boxers at times but still would find a way to end matters usually or still take the decisions with his intense pressure fighting on the inside. And at this weight he was indeed a brutal puncher too and won quite a few fights in the latter rounds. Shane Mosley has had a great career and has beat some good fighters along the way most notably Oscar De La Hoya. Mosley at his best was a very speedy and hard punching fighter with a strong chin and a difficult fight for anybody at his best using those skills. But against Duran he would be fighting a beast at this weight and tough Mosley would hold his on for most of the fight he would eventually be worn down by the great Duran in a tough battle.

Duran WTKO11

Roberto Duran wins by TKO in round 10. It will be similar to Vernon Forrest dropping Mosley in the first fight but Duran would actually finish up Mosley.

Duran is my pick for the ATG at lightweight, so he wins this fight and probably stops Mosley in less than 10 rounds.

I'm a huge SSM fan but nobody beats Duran at lightweight in his prime. Nobody.
