I think that Peterson can win in a boxing match. He has enough power to keep Matthysse honest with the stiff jab and movement. However, if Peterson engages in a s puncher's war with Matthysse then the tougher Argentine will break him down and stop him later. Peterson has tasted the canvas against Ortiz, and the lighter hitting Bradley. Kendal Holt wobbled him early as well, but Holt and Ortiz are headcases who tend to wilt when their opponents fight back. Matthysse just keeps coming and you have to hit him with a sledge hammer to keep him off you.
I personally see Peterson not being able to resist mixing it up with Matthysse so I predict a win by stoppage for Matthysse should the two meet up.
