I think Peterson deserves the biggest dumbf*ck award, and he should get his asss kicked by Matthysse for free.
Fighters usually trust their trainers and nutritional staff to help them legally prepare for their fights. I can see a situation where you take something unknowingly ONE time, but 2 times is a pattern. It is at the VERY least, a monumental stupidity and complete lack of control over your career. At worst, Peterson is a cheater and needs to be banned for some lengthy period if not indefinitely. I was looking forward to the fight between Matthysse and Peterson. It looked to be a fight of the year candidate. Now, unless there was some horrendous mix up, I don't want to see the guy in the ring again.
UPDATE: With the apparent confusion and retraction of stories, it appears that Peterson is not the culprit, which is good. As I said above, absent a horrendous mix up. That is a pretty horrendous mix up if the guy is trying to fly straight. He need to keep his nose extra clean. I hope the new information remains accurate that it was not him. I really want to see him and Matthysse do battle.

What a scumbag he is. Ban him for life. I know from being around bodybuilders that HCG is used after you have done a cycle of steroids, it's used to stop your balls from shrinking and to kickstart your own hormone production again. It isn't an anabolic steroid or performance enhancer itself, but it's an essential part of finishing a steroid cycle. Peterson is a cheating b@stard
I dont know anymore with the boxing world. MArgarito got caught cheating with the illegal hand wraps and he fights another day. Lamont got caught too at first and he boxes another day. IMO this too will get a pass. That's how boxing sucks nowadays.
