Kick boxing questions are better suited to the Martial arts section rather than the boxing section
Anyway first things first find yourself a good kickboxing gym
Do some classes to verify if it suits your need
Mean time you can always start with doing jump ropes and other generic exercises
go to a local mma/boxing gym ask about memberships and yea get what you all gear I would prefer you do that after you committed to a gym kickboxing is actually a lot of work with your arms and elbows as well as legs and knees, good luck :)
cool most any one has more power in there legs that arms need to go to a gym see if you can find someone to train you lots of hard work ahead if that is what you really want. hope your in shape cause this is real hard work
