Yes. He is possibly the greatest Mexican fighter of all time. He was pound for pound the top fighter in the sport in the late 80s early 90s. He was a well rounded fighter. He did not do one thing great. However he did everything good. He was a total package defense, offense, power, killer instinct. Yes he is a top 15 all time great. He has longevity and has beaten some decent opponents.

Definitely. He'd be in my top 10 p4p.
definitely top 20 and possibly higher. he was truly an all time great, and could have been greater if he had trained properly for whitaker, de la hoya, and randall. not suggesting he would have beaten pernell & oscar, but he would have put in better performances.
