i didn't score the fight round by round but it seemed that trout was winning the fight other than the knock down ,i was a little disappointed in canelo he showed great defence but he wasn't as aggressive as i would of hoped he would be ,imo floyd would of liked what he see in the fight and he would beat canelo without much trouble .
114-113 to canelo
I agree that that is way off! i wish they would find a better way because there are so many examples of judges failing... Bradley vs pacman etc. i scored the fight 115-112 in favour of canelo because of his insanely good defense and the KO
I watch the fight in slowmo and trout did not won a single round...Damn alvarez is a great boxer....
I think the knockdown made the difference. I scored it 114-113 in favour of Canelo, But I can see how some people gave the fight to Trout. But its true that Trout was throwing the better Combo's, so it was close fight.
But the judges scorecards...? Holy Sh*t. 118-109 to Canelo? It seems like Trout may have had to literally murder Canelo in the ring in order to leave with a win... and even then they would've probably robbed the poor man.
It's Whitaker/Chavez all over again.
