Both but i like treadmill
Definitely jogging. On a treadmill when you are tired you can just jump off and its workout over. If you go out jogging you don't plan a route that gets you home after a certain distance, you run away from where you live until you are absolutely knackered, and at that point you have no choice but to turn around an do the same distance again whether you want to or not. A much better workout because it takes further than what you are comfortable doing

Definitely jogging outside as the hills etc give you more of a workout and push you more
Jogging outside, anyone who knows anything about boxing will say jog outside because it is much more difficult and it builds more muscle in your legs because you are running against wind, different levels of ground etc.
Treadmill because they keep you at a consistent speed and give you a better idea of how you're improving
