are you stopping off anywhere first to break the trip up , a week in thailand is a good way to break up the flight .
when i went i spent 3 months in oz which was cool i then went to new zealand which i liked a lot more than oz ,new zealand is a really beautiful country with amazing wild life you can climb a glacier in the morning and go whale watching in the evening and a little tip for you new zealand has the highest number of bi-sexual girls in the world and the highest rate of threesomes anywhere in the world .
i used to go travelling a lot and in many ways i would say it's the best thing i ever did ,you meet such great people and it helps you understand more about different races.
here are a few things off the top of my head that i enjoyed.
oz.......the whitsundays .......... stunning dessert islands which you sail around on a yacht .
YOU MUST LEARN TO SUBA DIVE ON THE GREAT BARRIER REEF..learning to scuba in oz is brilliant the instructors are the best there with some great dives .
frazier island a giant sand island where you take a 4x4 land rover and go sand dune driving then you camp out for a couple of nights and you get to fire up the BBQ as long as the dingo's don't get you first.
byron bay .... a really cool slightly hippy place great beach with a really chilled out fibe , nimbin is near by but there's nothing there other than weed is legal and people go there on weed runs .
cape tribulation was cool it's up the north and it's more tropical , with some crazy wild life .
Sydney is a great city with some great restaurants and bars and some cool beaches to hang out on ,first off bondi is a crap whole i spent a week there before i realised ,coogee beach is great especially on a sunday afternoon they used to have a jamming session at the coogee bay hotels where guys would turn up with their bongo's and play along with the DJ ,very chilled .
there's loads more mate but try to get to new zealand it has so many amazing things to see .
i'm quite jealous of you mate and hope you have a great time - Email me if you need any tips and have a great journey............you bloody hippy ..........
Wladimir Klitschko is a lot bigger and taller than Joe Louis ,to top that off ,Joe Louis is a flat footed fighter.
Wladimir has fought fighters that are more mobile and agile than Joe Louis and was still able to dominate them with that long hard jab ,(David Haye and Eddie Chambers are perfect examples of that) ,so to match Wladimir up against someone as small and flat footed as Joe Louis would only enable Vladimir to land even more clean punches than he did against David Haye and Eddie Chambers which would not be a good sign for Joe Louis.
Joe Louis was a good fighter but he would be easily outmatched by the size and power of Wladimir Klitschko. Joe Louis is a legend and left a strong legacy in boxing ,but he can't win a fight on legacy alone.
Vladimir Klitschko by 8th round KO.
Hello my friend and hope you have a wonderful time traveling as it sounds like a lot of fun indeed. Joe Louis of course is legendary as far as all time great fighters go and had 25 sducessful title defenses as undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World holding the title from 1937-49 and berating such men as Jack Sharkey, Max Schmeling, Billy Cnn, Max Baer,Jersdey Joe Walcott and many others. He also beat much larger men like Buddy Baer, Abe Simon and Primo Carnera and even though some have knocked Joe for various reasons, he did fight a higher caliber of opponents than either Klitschko as far as talent goes. And yes Klitschko is a great fighter and much bigger than Joe with excellent boxing skills and power and he's been a great Champ in his own right as there is hardly any disputing this. And he too has had people knock him for fighting weak opponents which is hardly his fault. Joe Louis had a wrecking ball jab, dynamite in either fist and excellent timing and in this fight he would have to be at his best and overcome the size and reach advantage of Klitschko. And I beliee Louis would eventually find the weak chin of Klitschko by round 11 and send the big man down to the canvas where he would be counted out.
Louis WKO11
The prime, mature Klitschko would be the prime, mature Louis.
He is too tall, and strong for Louis.
Have fun bro, be safe and don't get run over by an ostrich or punched in the balls by a kangaroo.
If you see Daniel Geale, slap him in the face and tell him he lost Stick and Move money by not stopping Mundine!
yeah he would be to big for Louis.Wladimer is a really good counter puncher with Dominating power. Also you have to realize Louis was barely 6'1''
He was 6'2"
15 rounds.
Hi boxing forum, I'm taking a few months out and fulfilling an ambition of mine to travel around Australia and possibly New Zealand. I fly out tomorrow evening so I'm just letting you all know I will be on this forum a lot less over the next few months.
All the best!
