This is a slugfest. Both men have will power, good chin and are relentless. Evander Holyfield had an opponent resemble Joe Frazier, Dwight Braxton. Braxton was short, compact, strong and relentless. Their first fight went the distance with Evander took everything Dwight had to offer and came back to edge out a close decision. Joe Frazier is a better version of Dwight Braxton. Joe constantly bobbing and weaving his head make it harder to hit him but most of all he has a much bigger left hook. Dwight Braxton stunt Evander several times during that fight. I don't think Evander can take too many left hook from Joe Frazier. Some people will point out that Evander beat Mike Tyson who can punch at least as hard as Joe Frazier but Mike Tyson is not at his prime after the Buster Douglas fight. In that fight Mike never did land flush against Evander. Joe Frazier by unanimous decision after he knock down Evander at least once like the 1st Ali fight.
Matt, Joe Frazier in his prime was an all-time top heavyweight.From about 1968 to 1971, he went on the greatest run in history, taking on Quarry, Mathis, and Ali, among others.I've always liked Evander Holyfield, but felt that a lot of his sucess had to do with being in the right place at the right time.Possibly, Evander could decision an old Joe Frazier, but a prime one, not a chance.Joe would either stop Evander late, from 11 to 13 rounds, or win an hard fought unanimous decision win over 15.
Frazier by 6th round KO. A prime Holyfield was a cruiser weight, but even him all juiced up against Tyson wouldn't be able to with stand the punishment a prime Frazier would give him. A prime Frazier was all Ali could handle, now you think he couldn't handle Holyfield. Lets not forget Holyfield lost 2/3 to Bowe, was KO'd by Moorer who lost to a very very old Foreman, and Holyfield was beaten twice badly by Lewis.

This fight will go the full distance and i know both of their faces will probably have mountains and hills formed on them, but im gonna go with Holyfield split decision.
holyfield at his very best takes it, probably by ud. he is the more skillful, and he knows more dirty tricks too!!
